If you're leaving your current position, we'll help you plan your exit strategy so that no bridges are burned and negotiate a favorable separation package. Our Career Advisor 360° puts you in control of your career and your life.
This option is not available as an upgrade if you have previously purchased a single contract review.
If you are a resident or fellow, this service is $1,685, and if you are a practicing physician, it is $3,400.
What You Can Expect From Us
- This service begins with an interview, similar to a new patient visit so we can understand your career goals, priorities and concerns.
- It then includes the review of 2 contracts and a comparison between the two. If you would like a 3rd (or more) contract reviewed, they are $495 each. Up to two telephone consultations per week for up to six months or with acceptance of an offer, whichever comes first.
- Includes employment agreements, physician recruitment agreements, independent contractor agreements, call coverage contracts and related agreements that we commonly call contracts.
- Employers include large and small private practices, hospitals, universities, private equity companies, managed care companies, pharmaceutical firms, medical device companies, VA, NIH, other government positions and more.
- If you need our help for more than six months, then an additional six months may be purchased at a discounted price.
